Top 10 Reasons Why You Need

A High Value Homeowners Insurance Policy

1. Professional Home Appraisal and Report
We will perform a free professional interior and exterior inspection of your home to determine the proper replacement cost value of your home. You will be provided with a full detailed home appraisal and report, complete with photographs. You don’t get this with a standard homeowners policy!
2. Unlimited Guaranteed Replacement Cost On Your Home
The standard homeowner policy will pay to replace your home up to your policy limit.  Some may give you an additional 25% or 50% additional coverage.  But our high value homeowners policy gives you Unlimited Guaranteed Replacement Cost protection!  This means, if you have a loss and the cost to rebuild your home exceeds the amount your home is insured for, we’ll cover the additional costs – Guaranteed!
3. Replacement Cost Cash-Out Option On Your Home and Personal Property
Our high value homeowner policy includes a Replacement Cost Cash-Out Option on your home and personal property.  What does this mean?  In the event of a loss, if the cost to repair or rebuild equals or exceeds the amount your home and/or personal property is insured for… and you choose not to repair or rebuild… you will be paid the full amount that your home and personal property are insured for.
