A Half Century of Service

Gallen Insurance, Inc. has been located in Berks County, Pennsylvania since 1957, when Joe Gallen founded the agency as Joseph J. Gallen Insurance. The business was incorporated in 1976 and moved to our current location at 2237 Lancaster Pike Shillington in 1983. We’ve grown through the years with expanded staff and services, and increased our technologies in order to service your needs, but our commitment to our customers has remained the same. Today, Gallen Insurance employs a staff of over 20, which includes three family members. We offer property, casualty, life and health insurance products to individuals and businesses, and we remain a family-run business.

As a family, we understand your personal insurance needs. As business owners, we also know how vitally important it is to have the right commercial policies. We have been setting a standard for excellence since 1957, and will continue to live up to the Gallen name by exhibiting the highest moral and ethical standards.
